I’m so glad you’ve decided to join us on our Quantum Leader Mastermind journey. Here you’ll find all the orientation information you need to help you get started and make the most of our programme together.

SETTING YOUR PASSWORD FOR THE CO-CREATING OUR FUTURE PLATFORM

Look out for an email from devyn@catherine-g-lucas.com. Click on the link in that email to set your password. This platform is where you’ll find all the Course Materials, such as short prep videos, journaling prompts, recordings of our sessions, etc. You’ll need your password when you want to log in to access the Course Materials. This is the LINK to take you to the Course Materials.

ONLINE COMMUNITY CHAT GROUP

The same log in and password will give you access to the Community Chat Group. This is the LINK to take you to the Discussion threads.

Please introduce yourself under the WELCOME thread. You can also upload a photo of yourself to your Profile (click on your name in the top right hand corner and you’ll see the drop down menu. The first item on that drop down menu is Profile.)

N.B. If you need any help with issues relating to signing up to the Co-Creating Our Future platform or joining the Online Community Chat Group please email Devyn: devyn@catherine-g-lucas.com Devyn also looks after our invoicing and payment plans so please address any queries relating to that to him, for instance if you don’t automatically receive your receipt.

SCHEDULING 1-1 SESSIONS WITH CATHERINE

We will have the first ones after either Session One or Session Two. If you need help clarifying what you feel called to please schedule one for Thursday 20 or Friday 21 January. If you feel clear then it’s fine to leave it until after Session Two, on either Thursday 3 February or Friday 4 February. PLEASE SCHEDULE THOSE NOW in order to secure slots that are most convenient for you. If the times don’t work for you please let Susan know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to find times that do.

TIME: 9.30-11am Pacific / 11.30am-1pm Central / 5.30-7pm UK / 6.30-8pm Central Europe

Please always plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early. It’s a lovely opportunity to have a more informal chat and catch up before getting started. Plus it allows us all to get settled and start promptly. I often start with a short meditation to bring our energy into coherence and need everyone to have arrived for that.

For those of you who would like to stay on 15-20 minutes longer after the end of class, to share more in your small breakout groups, there is the option to do so. Again, please plan accordingly.

WHAT THE QUANTUM LEADER MASTERMIND GROUP PROGRAMME INCLUDES

Here is a reminder of what the Quantum Leader Mastermind group programme includes:

Half-day Visioning Retreat
Six group sessions on Zoom (one every other week, 90 mins. each)
Two 1-1 mentoring sessions (45 mins. each)
Dedicated, password protected online community chat group
Teaching materials: videos, meditation audios & journaling prompts
Small group – max. 12 people

RECORDING PERMISSIONS

We record all our group sessions, but not the breakout rooms. We make these available to you as part of the course materials; they are available exclusively to members of this Spring 2022 group. By joining the Zoom meetings you are giving your consent to be recorded. Co-Creating Our Future will own the Recordings and all copyrights and other rights therein.

We would be grateful for your permission to also use short sections of the recordings occasionally for teaching or marketing purposes. For instance, if a short exchange illustrates a particular aspect of the Quantum Quest process particularly well or if you give us some feedback which we would like to share with others considering joining the programme in future. Your name will never appear on any of these sections.

By signing this agreement you are kindly giving us permission to occasionally use short sections of footage which may include you, always anonymously. You can opt out of this if you prefer. Please tick/check the box below if you prefer for us to NOT use short sections of footage which include you for teaching or marketing purposes.
